Yama has advanced to the Silver stage RED U-35 2017

a progress report of a competition we have been challenging

Chef Yama is currently attending RED U-35 the largest culinary competition in Japan held for young talented chef. RED U-35 recently has revealed the movies which submitted by 59 nominees for the Silver stage. The theme of this assignment was the connection between reliable producer and me as a chef. The judges currently has been examining them, and the result will be announced around October.
