After the Covid-19 pandemic, our life has become uncertain. We all experienced how precious it was to eat at a restaurant. During the restaurant's closure due to Covid-19 rules, we had to consider our long-term viability as a business. We've chosen to go significantly smaller, with only 8 seats available each evening.
Long before the renovations in 2018, Chef Yama had already desired to have this ideal number for the presentation of his cuisine. He decided to work alone in the kitchen to build his own world with even greater quality. Therefore, rather than having many tables, he chose to have just one large counter table in the centre of the restaurant. This is a chef's table where all guests may interact directly with the chef and see the skills and techniques of him more personally.

For this seating situation, we basically take reservations in four separate groups of two persons. (multiple bookings from the same group for the same evening are not possible).
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
Between 18:30 - 19:00 only. At 19:00 the courses begin for all guests.

Please let us know if you have any food restrictions. We are unable to make arrangements on the spot because each dish must be made ahead of time.

We ask a deposit of 75 euro p.p. upon your reservation request. After the deposit is completed, your reservation will be confirmed. The rest of the bill can be paid in cash or by pin/credit card (no Amex) at restaurant.
In order to serve our best cuisine, we select and prepare ingredients well in advance according to the reservation schedule. When you have to cancel your reservation or you have any change, please contact us in time!
Cancellation is free up to noon the day before the reservation. The deposit will be reimbursed entirely.
After this time a refund of the deposit is not possible. In the event of a no-show on the reservation date, we charge the full menu price. These fees cover the cost of the ingredients as well as other economic loss.
We are sorry, but we don't have gift cards.
Current reservation status All reservations are fully booked up to 30 October 2021. At this moment we are unable to accept any reservations.
When we set the date to accept new reservations for the period of November and December 2021, we send a newsletter to subscribers.
